cozy stay
convenient location playful decor
the location proved convenient with easy access to the city center. the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and included all necessary facilities. i appreciated the playful decor throughout the hotel, especially in my room.
during my stay, i noticed that the room door did not lock properly, and i couldn't secure it when i arrived. this was inconvenient as i had to sleep with the door unlocked, which affected my sense of security.

The location of the hotel was acceptable, with most attractions within a short walk.
The breakfast service was not great. It took a very long time for the food to arrive. The staff did not seem very attentive to guests' needs.

excessive noise disorganized breakfast
The room I had was quite small. Street noise was excessive due to thin windows. Breakfast service one morning was disorganized. I waited an unreasonable time for basic items to appear. Staff seemed unprepared. I also heard nothing from management despite promises of a follow-up call regarding payment.

central location helpful staff nice variety small room bathroom storage street noise
the location was central. it made exploring very easy (i loved not needing a car). the staff were helpful with directions. breakfast offered a nice variety.
Our room felt quite small. the bathroom lacked storage space. Placing toiletries was a challenge. the street noise was noticeable at night.
